Kinetic strengthens PBSA sector team
Clare Ody has joined the Kinetic team as Head of Sector Development for Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA).
Clare brings a wealth of expertise gained through over thirteen years of working in the sector and joined Kinetic from her role as Head of Customer Experience at Unite Students, the UK’s largest owner, manager, and developer of student accommodation. There, she was responsible for the customer contact strategy, ensuring the student was always front and centre in all day-to-day operational decisions and business initiatives. Prior to that, Clare was Head of Operations at Liberty Living for their UK & European teams, enjoying 10 years in senior leadership roles.

PBSAs form an important part of the customer base for Kinetic and their needs can differ from those of other Higher Education customers. Clare will be investing time in working with PBSA’s best and brightest to understand their needs across expanding areas of focus, to ensure Kinetic can drive the sector forward through innovation whilst keeping it aligned with the thinking of the wider Higher Education sector.
