Our Customer Experience team is dedicated to building strong partnerships with our customers and helping them to maximise the value of their existing products, all while building an understanding of each customer’s individual long-term goals and how our products can be used to meet these.

We are involved in the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to guiding product adoption. Through building such relationships across our customer base, our Customer Experience team gain a holistic view of requirements and changes in the industry which influence our product direction.

Our team is made up of Customer Experience Managers (CXMs), Software Trainers and our Content Creator. Our team works with the Kinetic community from the onboarding stage and beyond, truly building an in-depth understanding of each customer’s business goals and aligning our products and services with these over time by leading with a customer-first mindset.

Onboarding
When you join the Kinetic community, we’ll assign you a Project Manager and Customer Experience Manager (CXM) during the project kick-off call to guide you through the onboarding process. Our team will start setting up your new system according to your requirements, arrange user training, and create a project plan detailing all milestones and timelines
Project Checkpoints

We work with you regularly to ensure success and receive feedback during your project. Your assigned Project Manager will be in regular contact, and your CXM will work alongside you to ensure your requirements and timelines are understood.

Ongoing Support
After a successful launch, we'll work closely with our dedicated Support team, ensuring they’re familiar with your processes and can provide ongoing support
Product Adoption

As you launch your new software, your CXM will work closely with you to ensure it aligns with your goals. We’ll provide in-depth configuration training as part of your onboarding project and assistance with any adjustments you need, helping you unlock the full potential of our solutions for your business

Business Reviews
As you become more familiar with Kinetic and its integration into your business processes, your CXM will set up regular meetings to discuss your current and future usage. These collaborative sessions will also allow your CXM to assess how we can refine the service you receive from us
