Stuck at home with the kids during lockdown? Entertaining them whilst working from home can be a challenge!
Even when it comes to the weekend, all you hear is “I’m bored…” 10 minutes later… “I’m bored…”
So, we asked the parents at Kinetic what their kids have been up to.

1) PE with Joe
On Monday – Friday, from 9am, Joe Wicks will be hosting a free live PE workout aimed at kids. The half an hour session is suitable for all ages, meaning even you can get involved!

13) Epic! - Reading for kids
