I have the pleasure of leading the business as Chief Executive Officer. The Kinetic team and our customers should expect me to; hire and retain the right people, create an environment where people and innovation flourish, and ensure our customers are central to everything we do.
With customers and colleagues this amazing, my role can't be described as work, it's a hobby!
Chief Transformations Officer
I love making things; Kinetic provides the ideal environment to turn ideas into products and bring them to the market. I’ve built up some wonderful relationships with customers – it’s rewarding to hear customers say that we give the best service, period!
And it’s rewarding to see our staff build their skills, develop their careers and enjoy their work.
VP of Research & Development
I love to innovate and see the products we create come to life and make a real difference to our customers. Having been a customer myself, I have experienced this first-hand! We have great relationships with our customers, and their feedback and ideas are invaluable to the advancement of our products.
Chief Finance Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at Kinetic, I lead the company’s global finances and operations. I have over 15 years of experience in finance and commercial roles, and I look forward to building and nurturing a financial and operational platform fit for scale.
Meet Our Management Team
I started working for Kinetic in 2001 as the Support Desk Manager. After many years and a few role changes, I still love its fast-paced and dynamic environment, and of course, the amazing people in our team.
Head of Account Management
I lead our team of Account Managers who are based in the UK and North America. I am passionate about putting our customers at the heart of everything we do, and the best way to do that is to ensure we have the right people by our side.
Head of Product
My journey with Kinetic started over 15 years ago. Even then, I had a huge interest in understanding our customers' pain points and finding ways to assist through our products. I have a real passion for learning and making customers' lives easier through product enhancement and innovation.
Customer Services Manager
My passion and my role as a support manager is to make sure we're doing everything possible to please and work alongside our clients as partners. Working for Kinetic gives me a level of freedom and flexibility I've never seen anywhere else to take action and get those things done.
Head of Customer Success
My career at Kinetic began within the support team, before moving into my role as a Customer Success Manager, where I have built strong working relationships with our customer base.
As Head of Customer Success, I work closely with our customers and my colleagues at Kinetic to ensure customer goals can be achieved with our products and that we provide a consistently high level of customer service.
Head of Marketing and Communications
My career has been built on building relationships, whether that’s one-to-one with colleagues, customers, or prospects, or in a much wider context of building those early relationships with stakeholders who may not yet know that they are going to be our customers! How do we do that… simply through a lot of listening and effective communications!
Head of Professional Services
As Head of Professional Services, I work alongside our customers and my colleagues at Kinetic to ensure the successful development and delivery of projects and bespoke solutions to meet our customer’s needs. Having been a customer myself, I am passionate about providing the best possible service to our customers.

As Head of Engineering, my challenge is to align our Technology and Product roadmaps to ensure that we are at the forefront of innovation when it comes to fulfilling our customers' needs.
