Product Owner

The Product Owner is responsible for setting, prioritising and scheduling product releases. You should be able to identify user needs, help customers understand business value generated by using a product and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

You will need to deliver products not just according to user needs, but in order to make the company vision and goals a reality.

You will have

  • Previous experience managing responsive SaaS / B2B / B2C solutions.
  • 2+ years of  Product Ownership experience would be preferred.

Sales Development Executive

As a Sales Development Executive, you will be playing a pivotal role within the Sales pipeline at Kinetic.  The Marketing and Communications team work closely with our Account Management team to deliver channels of marketing that drive lead generation for the business, you will be helping to deliver this important work.

The main responsibility for this role will be developing leads for our Account Managers by researching and adding new contacts to our Salesforce system through outbound telemarketing.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Helping to ensure that our contacts are always kept up to date
  • Making calls to invite customers and prospects to events
  • Researching and providing sector insight to aid sales calls and collate business intelligence
  • Assisting with the creation of sales pitches and tenders

You will have experience in outbound telemarketing gained in a fast-paced environment, alongside outstanding communication, presentation and prioritisation skills.

Applications Support Analyst - 1st Line

Our support team is passionate about what we do, with a genuine care and attention to detail that runs throughout our company and everything we do.

You will be the voice of our business providing 1st line support for our products, dealing with our fantastic customers day to day, so you must be confident talking with different users and ensuring they feel happy with each outcome.

There's lots to learn and dive into from the get go. You will deal with a variety of issues; from your simple password resets to your more investigative issues about "How do I". These are where you'll be able to look under the covers and learn more and more about our products.

Head of Support

As Head of Support you will oversee our help desk that processes over 8,000 tickets per year for our Kx, Room Service and Student Life brands working from our Milton Keynes and Ludlow offices. Our 1st and 2nd line teams of 13 specialists have deep application and domain knowledge, providing that point of help for our customers who are stuck, need advice and help or have come across a snag.

As one of our Strategic Management Team you lead our support team across multiple brands, delivering a service customers love. You're with us on a journey to the cloud as we re-imagine our established products and you work closely with our products and 3rd line team to design out complexities.

Senior DevOps Engineer

As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be joining a growing team, responsible for the continued maintenance and development of the AWS platform. You will be keen to take an active role in shaping the future of Kinetics' cloud operations, be a self-starter and be highly driven to develop your skills. 

We are looking for bright and dynamic individuals who can bring energy and enthusiasm to a demanding role within a rapidly growing and successful company. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Continual operations and infrastructure development
  • Product deployment to both cloud and on-premises environments
  • Architecture of automated solutions
  • Onboarding of customers to our cloud services  
  • Support Kinetic cloud developers and help upskill them with IaC technologies
  • Maintain ISO27001 and PCI Compliance
  • System monitoring and day-to-day management.
  • Working with technology and infrastructure vendors
  • Management of data synchronisation and backup processes
