Web Developer
We are looking for a Web Developer to join our Student Online Services Team. The successful candidate will be developing customer-specific websites that enable students to apply online for university accommodation.
The role would be ideal for a proactive Web Developer who likes a challenge and is happy to get stuck into the details of complex code. There are significant and exciting technological developments in progress throughout the business so this is a role that comes with great future opportunity.

Applications Support Analyst - 1st Line
Our support team is passionate about what we do, with a genuine care and attention to detail that runs throughout our company and everything we do.
You will be the voice of our business providing 1st line support for our products, dealing with our fantastic customers day to day, so you must be confident talking with different users and ensuring they feel happy with each outcome.
There's lots to learn and dive into from the get go. You will deal with a variety of issues; from your simple password resets to your more investigative issues about "How do I". These are where you'll be able to look under the covers and learn more and more about our products.
Milton Keynes/ Ludlow - Flexible/ Remote
DevOps Engineer
Currently, Kinetic supply traditional client/server enterprise software hosted either on-premises by the customer or by us in Microsoft Azure (KxHosting). We are now in the process of porting our product set to a web-based, multi-tenant cloud solution built in Amazon Web Services.
The DevOps team is responsible overall for the continued maintenance and development of our AWS platform and as well as the server infrastructure and product deployments in Azure.
