We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join or Professional Services Team. The successful candidate will be undertaking manual testing of product implementation and bespoke designs to ensure all the work delivered to customers inspires confidence in our products and ability.
The role would be ideal for someone who has experience in manual testing but also a keen eye to improve QA process and ultimately enhance the customer experience.

Full Stack Developer (.NET)
The role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to join a well-established team of senior software engineers.
We are looking to expand our team currently migrating an existing feature set from legacy technologies into a web-based platform and building a brand-new innovative product supporting the wellbeing of students within higher education. The team works closely with our Product Management team, made up of Product Owners, Analysts and UX/UI designers using an agile approach to delivery.
The software, is, in part, in legacy technology in the form of a Windows application, with some functions already migrated into a new front-end technology. This stack is a SQL back end, using LINQ, C#, HTML and Angular on ASP.net. In addition to this, there is a public facing web portal product, written in ASP.net/MVC, with HTML/CSS and a Razor front end and again SQL back end, with a layer of .NET Core web servicers. There is also ongoing work to move using Azure SQL and web tiers as a service.

You will be the voice of our business providing 1st line support for our products, dealing with our fantastic customers day to day, so you must be confident talking with different users and ensuring they feel happy with each outcome.
There's lots to learn and dive into from the get go. You will deal with a variety of issues; from your simple password resets to your more investigative issues about "How do I". These are where you'll be able to look under the covers and learn more and more about our products.
